what's for dinner, week 47

Thursday dinner, week 46

Monday: Tuscan white bean soup (from the freezer)
Tuesday: whatever is in the pantry stew; minced beef and bacon, sweet potato, carrot, onion, garlic, rosemary, canned tomatoes, white beans
Wednesday: Tuesday leftovers with a simple salad of mixed baby leaf lettuce and cucumber 
Thursday: fish stew 
Friday: salmon sashimi with ponzu sauce
Saturday: fish/meat of the day with vegetables
Sunday: fish/meat of the day with vegetables

What we actually had for dinner last week:

Monday: entrecote of reindeer + roasted vegetables (sweet potato, beetroot, onion, garlic, Brussel sprouts)
Tuesday: Monday leftovers
Wednesday: Tuscan white bean soup
Thursday: roasted salmon filet with fish & seafood spice mix from Santa Maria + a salad with mixed lettuce, avocado, red apple, red onion and balsamic vinegar
Friday: hotel buffet supper
Saturday: baked salmon, asparagus and parsnip/parsley root puree
Sunday: slow roasted tenderloin of beef and Greek salad

  1. That roasted salmon looks very tasty! I wish I ate more fish..But I always have no idea how to serve them (after eating fish twice a week I'm just bored with that taste). Greetings from Poland :)
